Our employee wellbeing workshops are delivered by experts virtually or on-site at your workplace. These engaging sessions aim to provide insight and improved understanding of mental health in the workplace with content tailored to meet your needs and expectations. Our wellbeing content is designed to start conversations amongst employees about their own wellbeing and to explore better self care. We offer 30 min, 60 min or 90 min sessions.
