Wellbeing Training for Managers

Mental Health Awareness for Managers Workshop

This wellbeing workshop explains the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.  We look at self care strategies for managers, and discuss how to support employees including 'softer' people management skills.


This full day course is ideally delivered onsite, however we can accommodate online training. This targeted and effective management training is great for businesses of all sizes and integral to supporting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
