Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, what it means and why it's such an important topic. We explore some common themes such as stress and anxiety and look at how mental health can impact performance, engagement and retention of staff.
Self awareness and self care Being a Manager can be tough and stressful, so it's just as important for Managers to have good awareness of their own mental health and wellbeing and coping strategies that support them in their roles.
Finally we look at how Managers support and influence their team in the workplace. Exploring how behaviours can have the greatest impact, along with how to have conversations about mental health when someone may be struggling.
We have a half and full day workshop that can be delivered online and face to face. The online option is ideal for small numbers of managers who can join delegates from other organisations and the in-person event is great for 8 plus managers and takes place at your workplace. You can book a place on a 1 hour taster workshop, these places are limited.
"Unlike some courses we looked at, you gave this a commercial focus and demonstrated the business need to be wellbeing aware"
