Self awareness and self care Being a Manager can be tough and stressful, so it's just as important for Managers to have good awareness of their own mental health and coping strategies that support them in their roles.
We look at how Managers support and influence their team in the workplace. Exploring how behaviours can have the greatest impact, along with how to have conversations about mental health when someone may be struggling.
