Have your managers received people management and wellbeing training? In our experience most managers - whilst great at their jobs have not been formally trained. Growing a business and supporting a team does require people management training.
This 1 day training is divided into 3 modules
The first session raises awareness of mental health and wellbeing subjects through discussions and explanations. We explore some common topics such as stress and anxiety and we introduce diversity and neurodiversity in the workplace.
The second session focuses on self awareness and self help. How do we take better care of ourselves and create healthy coping strategies to help us manage personal and professional pressure and stress.
The third session looks at how we can support our colleagues in the workplace. We explain the differences between sympathy and empathy and we explore how we can support our teams with quality 1 to 1 coaching that focuses on the person before profit.
This training can be arranged for closed and open groups (private and public).
This 1 day course increases the managers awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It also improves self-awareness and the impact we can have on other people and trains managers to provide support to all team members, creating a truly inclusive environment.
