With over 25 years of commercial management and leadership experience, Michael has extensive experience in coaching, training and working with people across a wide range of businesses.
Today, Michael leads Fit For Tomorrow’s employee and management wellbeing workshop programmes. He combines his commercial experience, coaching background and passion for wellbeing to create practical, relevant and engaging sessions that encourage participation, open conversations and give people ideas and tools they can use in everyday life.
Michael is a preferred and trusted trainer for a number of organisations, including Civil Service departments, and has also worked with global brands including Rolls-Royce. Many clients return for further training and workshops, with participants particularly valuing his approachable, enthusiastic and engaging style.
Michael believes wellbeing training should be something people enjoy and participate in, rather than simply sit through.
Outside of work, Michael is a full-time dad to two growing people. He enjoys family life, keeping active, getting outdoors and making the most of time away from work.

Absolutely. We don't believe in delivering off-the-shelf training and simply changing the logo on the slides. We adapt our existing content to suit your organisation, your audience and the challenges you're facing. Where appropriate, we tweak examples, activities and discussion points to make the training as relevant as possible.
Yes. Our knowledge of workplace mental health and wellbeing has developed over many years through professional training, working with organisations and our own personal learning and experiences. We understand that wellbeing isn't simply about a list of workplace initiatives – it's about people, communication, relationships and creating an environment where people feel supported.
Yes. We have a qualified MHFA England Mental Health First Aid Instructor within the team. This provides a strong foundation for our approach to mental health and gives us a framework for many of the conversations we have with clients and participants.
Friendly, approachable and easy to work with. We take our work seriously, but we don't believe wellbeing training needs to feel formal or corporate. We want people to feel comfortable participating, asking questions and having honest conversations.
Yes – and we're always creating more. We are wellbeing content creators as well as trainers, and regularly research and develop new material. This means we can respond to emerging topics and create bespoke sessions rather than relying solely on a fixed catalogue of courses.
Yes. We are ideally located to work with organisations across the UK, both online and in person. We have extensive experience using the major online presentation platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and GoTo Meeting, and are happy to use your preferred platform.

Yes, we're siblings. And yes, we get on – it actually works! Michael and Jen bring different professional backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to the business, but share the same belief that wellbeing training should be practical, engaging and genuinely useful. Being a small, independent business also means our clients deal directly with us, rather than being passed between account managers and trainers.
