Our 1 day training programme addresses 3 key areas for new and established managers to help them manage, motivate and develop their teams to achieve success.
In this module we explain and develop 'softer' people management skills to boost engagement. This includes exploring and understanding personal needs, methods of communication and styles of communication, developing empathy and practicing active listening.
People development and upskilling are key to being a great manager. In this module we look at how to motivate and inspire people and teams to push their own boundaries to take on new roles and responsibilities.
Good managers help others find solutions and they help remove the friction that can quickly stop business functions perform to their best. In this module we look at problem solving, delegation and conflict management.
