It was an absolute pleasure to attend the course run by Jenny. Jenny was down to earth and very much approachable with a keen sense of humour which helped settle the group. I had, earlier this year, received treatment for PTSD over a twenty week period with a local NHS Trust and the MHFA course helped reinforce some of the information I encountered previously. This morning I posted MHFA England's YouTube introduction to Greater Anglia's intranet which has some 3.5k followers. I am sure that this will have a positive effect. Thank you.
