To improve employee wellbeing, you need to get the buy-in and support of your workforce. To get the buy-in from your people you'll need to improve the understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing topics.
Our workplace wellbeing webinars and workshops are delivered onsite and online. Our simple and engaging sessions will improve the knowledge and understanding and our content can be tailored to cover and exceed your needs and expectations. Our sessions start at 60 minutes for webinars and 90 minutes for workshops, they will underpin and support your positive wellbeing message and provide a safe environment to get the conversation started.

Our webinars are timed for 60 minutes and workshops timed for 90 minutes. The workshops include greater opportunities for group activities and one to one discussions. Workshops can be booked for online and onsite, whilst webinars are 100% online via Teams or your preferred digital platform. All our sessions are 100% live events and your host will encourage attendee participation to help boost the engagement levels.
This session is a great introduction to the topic and helps the attendee understand what Mental Health and Wellbeing is, who it impacts and how we can better take care of ourselves and those around us.

Why is mens mental health at such risk and what can guys do to take better care. We look at some important and interesting statistics and talk through the steps men can take to improve their self care.
In this session we will explain the three stages of the menopause, explain the sign and symptoms and look at the different approaches we can take to improve self care and support those around us at work and home.
Our finances can have a big impact on our wellbeing and stress levels. This session looks at why financial decisions and problems can have an impact on us and some of the small steps we can take to take control.
This session raises the awareness of Neurodiversity and helps attendees understand how they can support neurodiverse colleagues, friends and family members. We look at simple adjustments to languages and working practices that can be a great help.
We discuss equality and diversity and why it is so important in the workplace. We look at the steps that can be taken to create a happy workplace for everyone regardless of who they are.
