We all have stress in our personal and professional lives. A lot of the stress we experience is out of our control, yet we still spend time and energy worrying it. Our approach to stress management helps the attendee refocus on stressors within their control, we look at ways to resolve problems and improved self care techniques.
We all have stress in our lives, and to a greater extent we need stress, but too much stress can be harmful and damaging to personal and professional performance. This 60 minute live webinar helps all the attendees better understand what stress is and how it connects to anxiety, we explore some of the ways that we can manage our stressors, taking back some control and we talk through some helpful self care techniques.
This 90 minute live session can be delivered online or onsite and contains much of the Understanding and managing stress webinar with the added benefit of interactive exercises to help boost engagement and open up opportunities for attendees to share their own stress management tips. The extra time also allows the host to discuss pertinent point on more depth.
