How do you create an understanding and inclusive workplace that is aware of mental health, neurodiversity and ways to improve individual wellbeing?
We deliver workplace wellbeing events in person and online. We tailor the content to cover and exceed your needs and match your workplace requirements. Our events can be scheduled from 1 hour.
We’ve detailed some sample topics below and we always expanding the topics and content to enable us to deliver engaging and enjoyable sessions.
Looking at how pressure from all areas of life can affect us and when pressure can turn into stress and start to affect our mental wellbeing. This session shares tools and tips to maintain and improve resilience and prevent stress from having a lasting negative impact.
This 1 day workshop develops awareness and skills, providing tools and tips to enable participants to feel more confident in picking up early warning signs where poor mental health may be impacting on an employees, attendance, performance and engagement. This course can take place onsite for 6+ managers or you can apply to join one of our live open courses.
This session looks to share insight into what the menopause is and what the physical and mental affects are. By raising awareness people attending may consider their own wellbeing now and in the future, along with that of a colleague, partner, wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter and how we can all play a part in being supportive and breaking down the stigmas that still exist.
What is Neurodiversity? How do you build an inclusive workplace / a team that understands and supports people who are neurodiverse? How can you support the individual needs of someone who is neurodivergent? An agile team can quickly change to the needs of the business environment, the more diverse your team members, the more adaptable your team is. Our differences are our strengths, understanding and appreciating those differences is key part of making a team work well together.
Providing useful tools and tips to people who struggle with not getting enough sleep or experience poor quality sleep. We look at ways to improve sleep quality and management, to enable a person to face each new day feeling well rested and energised for what lies ahead.
Our bodies need fuel for energy, putting in the right fuel can have a dramatic impact on how we feel. Sharing insight into how food can affect our mental wellbeing as well as our physical health along with tools and tips to improve diet, energy levels and mood, all of which can achieving a better balance.
